Suggested Safety

The plastic, and the colour used should be non-toxic and the colour should not come off on the child's hands.

Care should be take to ensure that there is enough adult supervision especially during play with wading pools. While supervising, a delicate balance needs to be maintained so that the child does not feel cloistered and his/her style is not cramped.

Do not allow your toddlers to handle the tape recorder unless confident that they can do it.

Tricycles and other riding equipment should be such that the child can manage them independently.

Puzzles pieces should be large enough so that they cannot go into the child's mouth.
